At Tuhula, we want you to love your new luxury handbag. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 45-day free return policy for eligible items, to ensure you shop with confidence.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return under our 45-day free return policy, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted within 45 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 5).
2. Return Scenarios
A. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product (wrong style, color, or size) due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. You may choose to receive a full refund or a free exchange for the correct item.
B. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 45 days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Information
A. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and offer a full refund or replacement, based on the circumstances.
B. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product (e.g., manufacturing defects, broken hardware), please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund, free repair, or replacement at no cost to you.
C. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different style, color, or size, please contact us within 45 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we can offer you a full refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Custom or personalized orders made to your specifications.
- Final sale or clearance items marked as "non-returnable" at checkout.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/accessories after delivery.
6. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely with all original tags and accessories, and ship it back to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
